If you've lost access to your phone, follow these steps to restore your Thane account:

Follow Telegram’s recovery process to regain access to your Telegram account on a new device. This typically involves using your phone number and may require verification codes sent to your email or alternate phone number. For detailed instructions, visit Telegram's support page.

Once you have access to your Telegram account on the new device, launch the Thane Mini App. When accessing Thane for the first time from a new device, you'll have the option to import an existing wallet. Simply enter your 12- or 24 word recovery phrase to restore your Thane account, which will recover all your funds and account information linked to that phrase. If you don't see the import wallet option initially, navigate to your settings by clicking on the hamburger menu in the top left corner of your screen and selecting "Settings." There, you'll find the option to import your recovery phrase.
